By downloading, installing, or using TSTP Field Tech Toolkit ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this Application.

TSTP Enterprises grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms.

3. Prohibited Uses

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TSTP ENTERPRISES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TSTP Enterprises from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Application.

9. Termination

TSTP Enterprises may terminate your license at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Application are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TSTP Enterprises is located.
